My Zone Moves, distributed by MYZONE is a heart rate monitoring service that helps its users track and observe their physical activity. However, its uses extend far beyond simply monitoring the heart rate as it can be used to track calories, time spent in physical activity, and special rewards called MEP, MYZONE Effort Points.

Benefits of using the My Zone Account:

You can use your My Zone Moves Account at to automatically upload and review data received on your MYZONE belt. This belt detects electrical signals from your heart, interprets it as the heart rate, and records the results. Based on how many MEP you earn, you are put into certain ‘Intensity Zones’ – these help the users understand how much effort they are putting into physical activities, relative to their maximum heart rate.
