MyUnityPoint is an online service at provided by UnityPoint Health using the MyChart tool. The website allows the user, i.e. patients, to view their hospital records and communicate with their health providers using a secure messaging service.

  2. Ability to register appointments.
  3. Refill your already existing drug
  4. Read and send secure messages to your healthcare provider.

Requirements to have a UnityPoint Health Account:

To make an account, you must be at least 18 years old, and a patient at the UnityPoint Hospital or their clinic. You should have smooth access to the Internet and a device. You will also need an access code, this can be provided by your healthcare provider or you can register for access yourself.

The Process of UnityPoint Health Account Login:

  1. Open your web browser and go to
  2. Scroll down the page and click ‘Login’
  3. A new window will open up. Here, enter your username and password and select ‘Sign in’.
  4. If you cannot remember your username or password, click the corresponding link below the fields.

If you don’t already have an account, simply register and create a new account.

How to Register a new account:

  1. Open your web browser and go to
  2. Click ‘Sign Up Now’.
  3. In the page that opens, click ‘Click here to register’ if you don’t have a MyUnityPoint Activation Code. If you already have access, stay on the page and skip to Step 5.
  4. Fill out all fields carefully and enter your email address. Click ‘Submit’. An access code will be sent to you within 1-3 days.
  5. Once you have your activation code, enter it in the required fields, along with other details including your personal information and complete registration.
